Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage all compliance matters including:

• Regulatory Compliance

• Regulatory reporting and surveys

• License administration

• Liaison with regulators

• Compliance Advice

• New regulatory requirements and / or implementation

• New business and product proposals

• AML matters

• Policies and procedures review where relevant

• Perform substantial shareholding monitoring and reporting

Corporate Compliance

• Compliance monitoring and training

• Personal investment and other code of ethics administration

• Outsourcing evaluations and due diligence

• Marketing materials review

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with Bachelor\'s degree

• Familiarity with the regulatory framework of the Singapore asset management industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Confident and self-driven

• Attentive to details
