Description

Kerry Consulting is working closely with a Singapore Headquartered Energy & Infrastructure Company with strong established foot print in the South East Asia Region. They are currently looking to hire a Senior Compliance Manager reporting directly to the Head of Compliance to cover a broad range of compliance matters at the Group Level.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the Group Compliance team, you will be providing advise to the senior management and employees in relation to compliance policies and framework. You will design and implement the data privacy program, controls testing and monitoring program as well. You will assist to develop the compliance training program for the wider organization and provide on-going training to employees to ensure that the compliance culture is well maintained in the organization.

Requirements

You should have at least 8 years of working experience and knowledge in the ethics and compliance space working in a large multi-national organization. You should ideally be a qualified lawyer or have a LLB/LLM. Prior experience working at the group level assisting to implement group policies will definitely be helpful for this role.
