Job Responsibilities:

Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities.
Conduct compliance audits and develop and deliver internal compliance training.
Provide guidance and advice on employee licensing matters
Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments.

Job requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance roles within the financial services industry.
Deep understanding of local regulatory frameworks in Asia Pacific markets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
