Job Description

  • Secure permits, licenses and certificates from government and regulatory agencies (e.g. LGU, SEC, BIR, LTO, LTFRB, PPA, BOC, SSS, PHIC and HDMF)
  • Secure accreditation and compliance with customers, vendors, employees, banks, financial institutions and insurance agencies
  • Plan, create and monitor compliance schedules to achieve timeliness in compliance deadlines
  • Document, database and record all permits, licenses, certificates, contracts, legal documents and documentary requirements
  • Analyze problems, strategize solutions, solves compliance issues and actively engage in systems improvement
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must be at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Management
  • Knowledgeable on the rules and regulations relevant to the transport and logistics industry; and safety and environmental laws
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have software skills on Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Enterprise Management Planning
  • Must have multi-tasking skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, keen to details and proactive

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
