A Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Director APAC job has become available at one of the global consumer healthcare companies.

About the Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Director APAC Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of R&D and Regulatory Affairs, this is a newly created headcount. You will be leading the compliance and regulatory functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance and regulatory activities within the region
• Be responsible for the planning of regulatory strategy
• Lead risk management and governance for new product development
• Develop strong relationship with regulatory agencies and authorities
• Lead budget planning for compliance and regulatory affairs team
• Be responsible for change management projects and cross-border projects

To succeed in this Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Director APAC job, you must have a strong leadership and strategic mindset.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory/QA/new product development for food and supplement related field
• Extensive knowledge of food/supplement regulations in APAC
• Strong knowledge of audit and regulatory compliance
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business strategy
• Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong leadership characteristics
