Job Title: Compliance Senior Specialist

- Handle communications between Global Compliance, the company and entities.- Prepare presentations and explanations and status reports of current compliance activities- Manage and develop policies in compliance- Support compliance meetings and discussions- Minute taking of meetings- Conduct compliance audits- Support management reporting- Support investigation proceedings- Support follow up of countermeasures and action plans with stakeholders- Administrative support for compliance areas, including provide compliance trainingJob Requirements:
- Degree in Business with at least 4 - 5 years of audit/compliance experience- Confident to work and communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry level to top management- Clear thinker, pay attention to details , adaptable to new software and technology- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- A self-starter as well as a good team player who is able to work independently and high level of integrityCompensation:
