About the Team

Our team is at the forefront of building and optimizing content safety systems. With a focus on optimising and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language and multimodal models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth.



Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze global policy and legislative trends related to social media, user privacy, youth safety, and platform accountability. Translate complex policy developments into clear, actionable insights to guide product compliance strategy and prioritization. Drive proactive, cross-functional alignment by partnering with internal teams to coordinate early responses to new or evolving legislative and regulatory trends across markets. Track and interpret regulatory and expert perspectives through internal and external channels, benchmark industry practices, and contribute to external discussions and narrative building Deliver high-quality insights and recommendations to inform leadership and product teams of emerging risks and opportunities.

Qualifications



Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, Public Policy, or Legal, within technology or social media industries. Strong understanding of global regulatory and policy frameworks in areas of user privacy, youth safety, and platform governance. Demonstrated ability to connect regulatory compliance with business and product strategy. Experience working with or engaging policymakers, regulators, and industry associations on policy or compliance topics. Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex issues into clear insights for diverse audiences.
