Job Description
Responsibilities: You shall be responsible for managing all daily Production Operations functions which includes, but not limited to : . Monitoring and timely executing of production batch jobs (ie monitoring of production batch jobs, investigating jobs that are behind schedule, responding to job abnormal end in a timely fashion, following rerun instructions, calling support (application and infra team support) when applicable; . Scheduling of AS400/Open System Batch processing using automated scheduling tools such as Robot Scheduler/Zena, promotion tools; . Logging & Reporting - Ensure problem tickets and operational logging is completed to Maybank standards; . System Monitoring - Ensure that system monitors and consoles are observed and errors reported and escalated as required in a timely fashion; . Ensure all runlog are recorded and signed off timely; . Service Delivery - Ensure service are delivered within guidelines; . To complete any Knowledge Transfer Plan as required; . Follow up on problem tickets, following change management instructions and escalating problem to the appropriate groups define in the operation guidelines.Requirements: . Diploma in Computer Studies from a reputable Institution.. Minimum 3 - 5 yrs of experience in running 24x7 Prod Operations.. Familiar with platforms, network , monitoring(Robot Console & Robot Alert) & job scheduling tools(Robot/Scheduler, Zena)
