Responsibilities

System set-up; troubleshooting, resolution of anomalies discovered in equipment and methods, provision of assistance in maintenance service Installation of equipment room racking, servers and UPS. cable works for power and communication Installation and maintanance of electrical and Instrument equipment Installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of operating systems, application software and system management tools. Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability and security. Managing and monitoring all systems and infrastructure. Collation of information on hardware systems, costs of development, work program and technical specification Participation in the development and testing process, systems testing and commissioning Provision of support of design and installation of 'turnkey' and / or 'user-defined' system Sourcing and identification of suppliers for evaluation Conduct of preliminary assessment on systems requirement of the clients and matching with components recommended by sub-contractors Provision of assistance in systems deployment, system implementation and / or installation Performance of corrective, preventive maintenance work in-house or at customer site (on-site) Implementation of enhancement/upgrades as instructed Preparation of documentation and logistics support where necessary * Travelling maybe required from time to time
