Technical Abilities
Master\'s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, emphasizing the theoretical foundation and research methodologies.
Min 4 years of dedicated research and development experience, showcasing a foundation in advancing the field of visual recognition technologies.
Good foundation in algorithms (DSA), linear algebra, and statistical models.
Proven track record of publishing research at top computer vision or machine learning conferences (e.g., CVPR, NeurIPS, ICCV, ECCV).
Ability to prototype concepts rapidly and evaluate them for potential product integration.
Proficient in Python and in using deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Hands on experience in optimizing deep learning models through techniques such as quantization, pruning, and converting model formats, including ONNX and TensorRT.
Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing, developing, and refining computer vision pipelines, with a focus on novel algorithmic approaches.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Excellent communication abilities and demonstrated ability to produce high-quality research outcomes and to articulate research findings and technical challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
