We are now looking for Concept Visual Merchandiser to join our APAC Regional team on a full time permanent contract.: Since our launch in 2007 we have opened stores and sell online in over 40 countries worldwide.   • Transforms the Global VM experience to the concept by following the Brand ID and creating VM content
  • Supports and inspires the visual teams in the region in providing collection guidelines and commercial direction to drive VM goals, selling and creating an inspirational customer experience \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Analyses selling information and collects feedback to produce visual guidelines and maximize selling opportunities
  • Work in collaboration with other key departments i.e. merchandising and marketing team to ensure product information is aligned for a seamless customer experience to support omni-channel action
  • Creates VM strategies, planning products, commercial focuses and VM information packs\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Oversee and follow up on the placement and presentation of the concept regionally
  • Strives for innovation and identify new ways to present the concept collections, communication, and take the learnings\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Plans visual concept communications and marketing projects collaboratively with other departments
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in an visual merchandising role within head office /area office
  • Excellent English language skills, written and verbal
  • Good knowledge level of Adobe Design suite programs
  • Excellent awareness of the COS brand aesthetic & collection
  • Innovative and forward thinking
  • Sales orientated and KPI focused
  • The ability to operate in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Creative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel occasionally
