Industry: Shopping Centre Location: Orchard area Skills: Customer Service, People Engagement Work Hours: 10am-6pm / 1pm-9pm, rotation rest day Our client is a premiere Property Management / Commercial Real-Estate Company with large presence across Asia in Commercial, Hotel and Service Residences business. This position will be a direct employment and permanent position with the Company, will serve as a Concierge / Counter Representative for 1 of the prime Shopping Centre\xe2\x80\x99s in the Orchard area. Position Responsibilities:
- Will front the Information Counter at the mall, handling phone and walk-in inquiries and assistance.
- Assist in promotional activities in the Shopping Centre such as (but not limited to) gift redemption, voucher confirmation and distribution, events and campaigning.
- Will also perform other administrative functions.
- Minimum education, \xe2\x80\x9cGCE N\xe2\x80\x9d Levels education.
- Must be computer literate, using MS Office applications, Internet, Email.
- Good communication skills in English and a secondary language in Mandarin, Malay and Hindi.
- Cheerful, people engagement, comfortable in communicating with various consumer individuals.
- Will work on shift according to mall hours, 6-days work week.
