Concierge (Depot Close)
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Location: Depot Close

Roles & Responsibilities
The Concierge has the authority, autonomy, and responsibility as the trusted advisor to own the workplace experience. The primary goal is to create an experience strategy that will positively impact the care and comfort of the client\xe2\x80\x99s employees and visitors. They will liaise closely with the engineering and operations team to ensure the space is safe, visually, and environmentally comfortable for the employees.

• Partner with Client and Business Units to develop and execute employee engagement strategy
• Collaborate with key support partners/capabilities to ensure frictionless experiences (IT, A/V, facilities management, catering, etc.)
• Plan and implement engagement initiatives i.e. Workplace coordination, market/communicate event, vendor coordination etc.
• Responsible for managing vendors that support meeting and events
• Provide meeting and event reports and performance measures to Client and account teams
• Manage the Experience Services Ambassador to ensure a positive customer experience
• Responsible for meeting and event policies and process
• Manage high profile meetings and events with senior executive participation
• Alleviating the burden on end users by proactively identifying and resolving issues related to meetings and events
• Oversee and coordinate scheduling of meeting and event spaces including a comprehensive meeting calendar
