Job Description

Welcome members and assist with all enquiries and bookings. Coordinate facility reservations, events, and partner services. Handle day-to-day concierge duties including email and phone enquiries. Support the planning and execution of members-only events. Maintain high service standards and update member records.
Requirements:


Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent. At least 2 years of

front-facing service

or

concierge experience.

Good interpersonal and communication skills. Professional with a service-oriented mindset.
