Greeting customers at the entrance as they walk into the store
Helping customers with their appointment booking and coordinate with Sales Associates
Setting clear expectations on the tentative waiting time
Responding to customers on their product queries
Keeping customers engaged while waiting for the next available Sales Associate to assist
To escalate to Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager when handling complicated cases.
