Handle the administrative and clerical work relating to the events and promotions at the mall.
Administer customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and replies via portal.
Assist in events at the mall, especially weekends, whenever necessary. This includes facilitating logistics set up, taking photos, tenants management etc.
Handle mall redemption programs such as vouchers, premiums and parking
Manage premiums inventory
Assist in customer loyalty programs
Handling and administering Lost & Found items.
Answering incoming phone calls.
Administering First Aid assistance when necessary.
Checking of advertising spaces in the mall.
Updating of tenant directory and store details.
Coach and mentor other Customer Service Officers in their tasks.
Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
\xc2\xb7 Minimum O Levels and at least 2 years of customer experience in retail industry, service related industry
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
\xc2\xb7 Comfortable with technology, and adoption of systems
\xc2\xb7 Strong service orientation and possess inclination and ability to handle customers
\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and take stress
\xc2\xb7 \xe2\x80\x9cCustomer-first\xe2\x80\x9d mindset, ability to build strong rapport with tenants
\xc2\xb7 Able to work rotating shifts, on weekends and public holidays
\xc2\xb7 Uniforms provided
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Sales Force is an added advantage.
