Job scope includes: * Attend queries and feedback from resid The Djenee Corporation Pte. Ltd. is looking for service-oriented staff to work in a Front Desk setting for a condominium in Sembawang. Job scope includes: Attend queries and feedback from residents. Help receive parcels and ensure they get to the right person. Answer calls and texts from residents in a professional and friendly manner. Help run errands for residents. Assist with facilities and estate management. Management of admin related responsibilities. Job requires applicants to work independently as only one staff is on duty at a time. Training will be provided on site. Duration: Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Basic shifts for full timers are 8 hours per day. Basic shifts for part timers are between 4 to 8 hours. Full time, flexi and part time positions available, but applicants that can commit full time would be preferred.
