Global Tax Free Singapore is authorised by Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) as a Central Refund Agent (CRA) as well as sole Central Refund Counter (CRC) operator in Singapore, thereby licensed to provide tax refund services for tourists.
Specialists in tax refund services, Global Tax Free offers:
o Tax Refund Services for tourists and merchants
o Central Refund Counter
Role Description:
o Develop deep knowledge of GST refund scheme
o Own tasks end-to-end until customer solve their GST refund and enquiry
o Answer customer's enquiry face to face
o Other customer service roles will be required by a company
Requirements:
o Excellent oral communication skills required
o Able to work on rotating shifts (Willing to work on weekends and public holidays)
o Ability to solve the problem
