Job Responsibilities:

Position Overview

The Concierge provides accurate information to tenant\xe2\x80\x99s inquiry without disclosing hotel\xe2\x80\x99s confidential information. All phone calls and enquiries must be answered with specific timeliness by applying correct etiquettes and standards. Partnering with respective immediate departments to meet established standard prior to their requirements.

The Role

A. Manage Clubhouse Operations

\xc2\xb7 Setting up and ensuring coverage at Concierge Desk from 8am-8pm daily

\xc2\xb7 Keeping up to date on guests\xe2\x80\x99 movement through the Interaction Log

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring that Clubhouse is in immaculate condition, reporting on defects or cleanliness issues whenever necessary

B. Drive Service and Operational Excellence

\xc2\xb7 Attend to guests\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries on tourist and related information

\xc2\xb7 Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of all hotel information, including hotel services, facilities, layout, and hours of operation

C. Manage Concierge Service and Facilities Booking

\xc2\xb7 Assisting with recommendations and reservations at various restaurants, attractions, hotels

\xc2\xb7 Assisting with requests for transportation

\xc2\xb7 Arranging for laundry pick up and delivery on behalf of tenants

\xc2\xb7 Receiving parcels on behalf and arranging for courier requests

\xc2\xb7 Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (i.e., special requests, events or issues)

\xc2\xb7 Preparing the venues prior booking, assisting with handover and to check space upon tenant\xe2\x80\x99s handover back to us

\xc2\xb7 Advising on usage of facilities like Spa Room, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, BBQ pits where applicable

\xc2\xb7 Advising on deposits and charges upon request

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 High School graduate or related experience in the hospitality industry

\xc2\xb7 Possess good command of English in written and verbal aspects

\xc2\xb7 Ability to be part of a team to achieve service excellence

\xc2\xb7 Basic computer skills

\xc2\xb7 Willing to work flexible
