1. RESPONSIBILITIES: Cleaning Execution and Site Upkeep
The Cleaner is directly responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the entire property's common areas on a daily basis.
A. Grounds, Refuse, and Amenity Cleaning
Daily Site Cleaning:
Perform essential cleaning tasks, including sweeping of driveway and basement carpark, and the removal of high area for cobwebs.
Refuse Management:
Handle all waste: removal of refuse at the Bin Chutes, clearing of refuse at Bin Centre, and thorough washing of Bin Centre.
Amenity Care:
Maintain recreational facilities, including cleaning of swimming pool area and pool furniture, clearing and cleaning of BBQ pits, and wet cleaning of playground fittings.
Internal Hygiene:
Perform cleaning and mopping the gym and function room and ensure the replenishment of hand soap, toiletries.
Specialized Cleaning:
Apply chemical to scrub and clear algae or mold in common areas as directed.
Horticultural & Drainage:
Carry out watering of plants and removal of dried leaves at surrounding area, including drainage.
B. Basic Checks and Reporting
Water Management:
Proactively
check for water ponding
to assist in preventing hazards.
Reporting:
Report to the managing agent for any peculiar or strange incidents
related to cleanliness or facility damage discovered during cleaning routes.
Scheduled Deep Cleaning:
Execute large-scale cleaning tasks:
Hi-jet of car-park, swimming pool and driveway (Half Yearly)
and
Cleaning and mopping of the Management Office and Security office (Weekly)
.
2. REQUIREMENTS: Essential Skills and Qualifications
Essential:
Physical Capability:
Physical stamina to stand for long periods
and safely execute demanding tasks like scrubbing, sweeping, and heavy cleaning.
Safety & Compliance:
Willingness to follow strict guidelines for the
safe application of chemicals
and the handling of cleaning equipment.
Basic Literacy:
Ability to understand simple work schedules, task checklists, and report potential issues to a supervisor.
Preferred:
Experience:
Prior hands-on experience in commercial or residential cleaning services.
Certification:
Relevant training or certification in commercial cleaning techniques or chemical safety.
3. WORKING HOURS: Operational Coverage
Work Week:
5.5 -day work week.
Schedule:
8am to 4pm
Operational Demand:
Work may includes weekends and public holidays.
