Faber Gardens Condominium (MCST 1047), a development with 236 residential units. We are currently looking for Security Officers to replace the Security Officers who have recently retired. The Security Officers are employed directly by the MCST of the condominium. Most of the current security officers have been in the service of the MCST for more than 10 years and know the residents by name. Responsibilities:

• Manning of Security Post

• Monitor CCTVs

• Ensure entry points to the condominium are secured

• Respond to and investigate fire and security alarms or incidents

• Check that lightings, lifts, gym equipment and other facilities on the premises are in working order

• Liaise with service providers on emergency essential services eg. lift break downs, fire system alarm

• Report incidents to the Supervisor on unusual occurrences/activities

• Operate entry barrier for cars
