Preferably with minimum 2 years' direct experience in managing condominiums/commercial properties
Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
Familiar with routine building maintenance works, cyclical maintenance works, improvement works, conservancy and horticulture, use and control of the common property etc.
Knowledge of M&E services and energy saving initiatives
Possess drive, initiatives and problem solving skills
Knowledge in MS Office
Possess good written and spoken communication skills
