In charge of the day-to-day operations of the Condominium
Review and administration of maintenance contracts including insurance policies of the estate
Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities management and operational matters
Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
Deliver efficient and effective solutions on estate management
Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
Prepare and submit an annual budget and recommend rates of MF/SF contributions
Ensure all residents' feedbacks are attended to promptly and efficiently
Supervise and manage a team of site staff
Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management
Job Qualification:
Degree / Diploma in Building & Estate Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of MCST experience
Good knowledge of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
A good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
