We are looking for a specialist in Agency Services team, who will be an integral role in ensuring that we take our service levels to greater heights and ensure that critical business processes are implemented.
ROLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

1) Manage Mystery Shopping and Site Visits for organized exhibitions

• 
  Work with appointed vendor(s) to conduct mystery shopping and site visits for exhibitions and campaigns
• 
  Set parameters and scope for mystery shopping and site visits

Focus areas:
(a) sales advisory process for mystery shopping
(b) professional distribution activities and operational compliance for site visits

• 
  Enforce sanction framework for any breach of guidelines stipulated in the Agency Force’s Standard Operating Procedure
• 
  Compile and report the infractions from the activities monthly for SAC and Compliance

2) Manage Appeals from Representatives

• 
  Assess and approve/decline appeals
• 
  For approved appeals, additional control(s) may be recommended for implementation by BDMs / ALs

Working Experience:

• At least 6 months-2 years of relevant experience in Compliance or Risk Management within banking or insurance section is preferred.

Education:

• Diploma and above

Language:

• Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Any other languages affluency are welcome
