Job description:

Cooking utensils and equipment setup for kitchen, for e.g. pots, pans and kitchen scales etc.
Ensure that food can be prepared in a timely manner
Supervise or assist other cooks and assist if required
Required to modify recipes to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and requests (e.g. reduced salt, reduced oil etc.)
Observe food stock levels and place orders when necessary
Ensure freshness of food and discard expired/ spoilt items
Experiment with recipes and suggest new dishes/ cuisines
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in a kitchen area
