Job Scope:\xe2\x96\xaa Assists to formulate, implement and review plans for the development of GROs and the community.\xe2\x96\xaa Attends monthly meetings of the GROs assigned and takes follow-up actions.\xe2\x96\xaa Acts as a catalyst to encourage and assist the GROs to plan and implement community projects.\xe2\x96\xaa Provides administrative and logistical support and guidance to the GROs to facilitate eff ective implementation of their activities.\xe2\x96\xaa Co-ordinates the recruitment, appointment and reappointment of members of the GROs to ensure a high level of involvement and minority group participation.\xe2\x96\xaa Explains government policies, facilitates discussion and channels feedback to appropriate parties to develop and strengthen the GROs as an effective communication channel between the government and the people.\xe2\x96\xaa Mobilises residents to participate in national campaigns and projects\xe2\x96\xaa Assists to submit progress reports on the GROs, provide feedback and recommend changes and improvements, thereby facilitating communication and co-ordination.\xe2\x96\xaa Assists to supervise and guide staff in the Constituency Off ice to ensure optimal utilisation of human resources in achieving constituency and targets.\xe2\x96\xaa Initiates marketing / promotion eff orts to develop and promote CC programmes to meet targets set.\xe2\x96\xaa Assists Constituency Managers in organising community outreach and projects, including sub-group activities.\xe2\x96\xaa Provides information and handles enquiries on CC services to the general public.\xe2\x96\xaa Promotes CC membership scheme/activities/courses/events\xe2\x96\xaa Meets Service Standards at all timesOther duties include:Administration\xe2\x96\xaa Together with the appointed Finance Coordinator, ensures the proper accountingand cash management of the GROs.\xe2\x96\xaa Monitors the budgetary requirements and expenditure controls of the GROs.\xe2\x96\xaa Ensures timely preparation of monthly and yearly statements of accounts of CC-based committees for the committees\xe2\x80\x99 endorsement.\xe2\x96\xaa Ensures the Treasurer of the non CC-based committees carry out timelypreparation, approval and submission as required of monthly and yearlystatements of accounts.Business Development\xe2\x96\xaa Reviews and evaluates the relevance of all CC courses in meeting the recreational, social and educational needs of the residents. Submits evaluation reports and findings to committees on a regular basis.\xe2\x96\xaa Plans and designs marketing strategies to develop and promote CC courses.\xe2\x96\xaa Identifi es and builds positive working relationships with external parties to promote interesting and novel courses and programmes at the CC.\xe2\x96\xaa Provides supervision and guidance to the Constituency Support Officers to facilitate effective implementation of their courses and the day -to-day operations at the counter.\xe2\x96\xaa Supervises Constituency Support Off icers in handling feedback, complaints and enquiries of public professionally.\xe2\x96\xaa Supervises and guides the staff in administering the Community Centre/Club Management System to maintain the membership/facilities and courses data.Operations\xe2\x96\xaa Coordinates with Facility Manager/Facility Executive from Logistic Works Division to work with Managing Agent (MA) to upkeep the facility of the CC.\xe2\x96\xaa Oversees the maintenance, security and housekeeping (cleaning, pest control and horticulture services) of CC.\xe2\x96\xaa Coordinates among the CC Management Committee, Co-users of CC, MA and HQ for all works and services carry out in the CC building.\xe2\x96\xaa Ensures service standards are met.\xe2\x96\xaa Conduct inspections daily to ensure that the CC is clean and feedback on the defects of CCs at regular intervals to ensure established standards are met.\xe2\x96\xaa Follow up on replies, reminders, and queries on MA/maintenance matters, which are outstanding and requiring actions/confi rmation.\xe2\x96\xaa Performs any other matters related to the housekeeping, security, and maintenance of CCs.\xe2\x96\xaa Attends regular meeting to ensure MA\xe2\x80\x99s service standards are met.Working Arrangement:Location: TampinesContract Duration: Immediate \xe2\x80\x93 17 May 2025Working Hours:5 Day (flexible; 3AM & 2PM) work week (4 weekdays 1 weekend)AM: 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pmPM: 1pm to 10pmSalary: $2,800 - $3,300Job Requirements:1) Takes an interest in own and others\xe2\x80\x99 growth and development, encouraging change and lifelong learning2) Is a positive source of energy and encouragement for the team3) Gives helpful feedback and acknowledgementEA License No.: 96C4864Reg.
