Constituency Support Officer (north West/temporary)
Job Description
This is a temporary hourly-rated position attached to a Community Club.
Duration: 02 January 2023 to 31 March 2023 (03 months)
Job Scope
-Support the admin work required for events in January - March 2023
(e.g. Sorting out of application forms and Certificates/ Cheques for Bursary, Hong Bao Presentation, PTV applications, etc.).
-Support the counter work in engaging residents\' queries
Requirements
-IT savvy
-Can commit for 3 months
-Preferably staying around Sembawang / Canberra / Yishun
Working Hours/Days
Monday to Sunday: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend, either Saturday or Sunday (5 day work week)
AM shift: 9am to 6pm
PM shift: 1pm to 10pm
Monthly Rate: $1,900
