We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Clerk to support the accounting department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.





Responsibilities:



Perform daily operation activities and data entry of transactions into MS Excel Process accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. Maintain accurate records of expenses, purchases, and sales. Organize and file documents (digital and physical). To assist on any other matter as required by the Admin/Accounts Executive and Operations Manager. Manage recruitment processes and handle onboarding, including employment contracts. Maintain and update employee records and personal files. Handle foreign worker matters, including work pass and accommodation. Coordinate staff training schedules and liaise with trainers. Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:



Accounting certification or related field (preferred). Minimum 2yrs of working experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). * Able to start work immediately or with short notice period.
