Due to team expansion, we are now seeking a Construction Director to join us in Singapore. Responsibilities Oversee construction projects, including planning, directing, coordinating the activities of workers, choosing contractors, and monitoring performance Ensure construction projects are in conformity with the proposed budget and stipulated schedule Evaluate and determine costs by preparing a budget, showing both soft and hard costs and coming up with ways for budget control Attend and proactively participate in construction meetings so as to communicate with staff, supervisors, and other parties involved in the construction project Oversee and handle the negotiation of terms of agreements, drafting of contracts, and the acquisition of permits and licenses Ensure construction standards are of high quality and the use of proper construction techniques and materials Review of work progress on a regular basis Ad hoc assignment from time to time Requirement Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Mandarin Other Information Working Location : Newton Working hours : Mon - Fri (0830 - 1800 hours) Please include in your CV Reasons for leaving each past and current employments Last Drawn Salary, Expected Salary and Notice Period
