Support daily operations of workshop and store, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Manage issuance, return, and condition of tools, equipment, and materials to avoid delays in operations.
Track inventory levels of tools, spare parts, and consumables, ensuring proper storage and handling.
Generate and submit regular reports on stock, repairs, and equipment status to management.
Collaborate with the project team to meet project-specific requirements and timelines.
Requirements:
WSQ WSH certification or equivalent safety qualifications.
At least 2 years' experience coordinating construction operations.
Knowledge of construction equipment, tools, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and coordinate effectively across teams.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting.
