Oversee and manage the daily activities of onsite team
Transporting workers from dormitories or staging areas to the construction site and back
Enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and ensure all personnel adhere to safety regulations
Create and manage work schedules, coordinate with subcontractors or task and progress
Ensure all tasks are completed according to project plans, blueprints, and specifications
Arrange for materials and equipment to be on-site and manage their usage
Report project progress to Director
Ad-hoc duties assigned by Director
Requirements:
Authorised to work in Singapore
Possess valid Singapore Class 3 license
* At least 5 years of relevant experience
