Construction Manager ($4500 $7000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$7K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the plant is constructed in accordance with P&P and Vendor requirements.
- Ensuring that the plant is constructed in accordance with the Contract.
- Site management and co-ordination of P&P Personnel.
- Management and co-ordination of resources to ensure the Programme of work is achieved.
- Adherence to the Safety Policy and requirements per Project Occupational Health and Safety Management Plan, in particular Pioneer Occupational Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Requirements as specified in the Project Quality, Safety and Environment Plan and Procedures for Site Works.
- Identify and record any non-conformities relating to products or processes.
- Day to day interfaces with the Customer, Sub-contractors and Local Authorities, on reporting, etc.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building & Construction / maintenance experience is a plus.
- Possess a Class 3 License
