Construction Manager ($5000 $7000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$7K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities
- Check the materials and work in progress to ensure compliance with specified requirements and safety regulations.
- Lead and coordinate with the site engineers, site supervisors & project manager for site activities.
- Conduct daily site inspection and supervision of deep excavation/mined and bored tunneling works.
- Review and prepare method statements for submission to client.
- Monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment.
- Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance.
- Prepare work progress report.
- Plan the construction schedule and coordinate various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly.
- Degree in Civil Engineering and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in construction industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
