Job Description
- Position : Construction Manager (A1 Main Con/ Building Project) - Up to $7500 + Bonus
- Location : Office at Changi
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7500 + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Building & Construction
- Assist the Project Manager to ensure smooth running of site operations
- Monitor work progress at sites
- Attend to all logistical matters
- Site management which includes planning, supervising, controlling and co-ordinating project
- Manage and monitor subcontractors\' work progress
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with, schedule to complete on time
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 6-8 years of working experience in building works projects
- Independent with good communication skills
- A team player with positive working attitude
- Billingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Stakeholders
