Construction Manager (data Centre / Telecommunications) ($9000 $12,000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$12K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Accountable and responsible for overall performance of all projects
- To manage, plan and lead project teams to ensure on-time project delivery accordingly to the planned schedule within resources allocated, whilst ensuring client satisfaction
- Overall responsible for the quality, cost, delivery, safety and public relations of the projects and ensure all works carried out meet contractual, regulatory, quality standard and requirements
- To work closely with relevant parties such as subcontractors/contractors/consultants, and attend regular site meetings and inspections
- To establish good relationship with all relevant parties
- To ensure site safety & compliance to authorities\' requirements
- Actively innovate and reinvent the delivery process so as to be ahead of the competition in term of work done and financial outcome.
- To innovate and create new ways of doing things so as to differentiate positively from the competitors.
- Bachelor in Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in quantity surveying and project management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
