Job Description

s:

Manage all phases of construction projects, focusing on wharf or pier development from inception to completion. Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines. Oversee budgeting and cost management, including procurement of materials and services within allocated budgets. Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and compliance with regulations. Implement safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety on-site. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions. Monitor and mitigate risks throughout the construction process, proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions.

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent At least 5 - 6 years of relevant construction management / project management experience in the constructions industry Must have experience in Pier / Wharf project Able to start work immediately or within short notice is advantageous
