Job Description

Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence


Prepare and maintain company documents for BCA, MOM, insurance, and other regulatory submissions Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and documentation Handle HR-related tasks such as staff onboarding, leave tracking, and record-keeping Monitor project timelines and assist in preparing progress reports and cost summaries Liaise with government agencies and ensure compliance with employment and safety regulations Maintain digital and physical filing systems for contracts, invoices, and permits Support director in business development, client communication, and internal planning Assist in procurement, quotation comparison, and vendor management * Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative matters
