Monitor project timelines and assist in preparing progress reports and cost summaries
Liaise with government agencies and ensure compliance with employment and safety regulations
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for contracts, invoices, and permits
Support director in business development, client communication, and internal planning
Assist in procurement, quotation comparison, and vendor management
