Job Description
Manage and oversee day-to-day construction site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site supervisors, and workers. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules. Prepare progress reports, cost control summaries, and site documentation. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to resolve technical and operational issues. Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in building or industrial construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Good command ofEnglish

will be an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking workers or partners.
