Lead and manage all aspects of construction site works for the project
Develop the construction program with the Project Manager, other team managers and engineers
Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved Method Statement, Company policies and Safety Procedure, etc.
Overall responsibility of site/construction implementation
Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors
Resolve technical construction details by coordinating with SWCs and Client
Manage the sub-contracts for each work scope based on the targeted progress plan
Check whether to meet the targeted plan and put together the reports to related parties
Execute Site Inspections

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess Minimum 12 years of experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or equivalent.
At Least 10 years of relevant construction, civil, architectural experience including LTA MRT Project experiences
Project Management related certifications would be advantageous
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
