As the team looks to grow aggressively in the local market, it is seeking a talented and motivated Project manager/construction manager to drive excellence in project delivery.Key responsibility:
- Contractor Management: Collaborate with contractors to ensure project specifications are met and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Site Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety among all personnel.
- Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Program Management: Oversee the execution of the project program, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.Key qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, specifically in design and build environments.
- A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
