Job Description

Design & Engineering Oversight: - Ensure all mechanical systems comply with applicable local, and international codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA). - Develop and enforce safety protocols related to high-risk activities such as high-pressure piping and HVAC system installations. - Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. - Collaborate with environmental teams to manage emissions, noise levels, and other potential impacts of mechanical systems. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting: - Act as the primary point of contact for mechanical systems, engaging with clients, consultants, and project teams to address concerns and provide updates. - Prepare and present progress reports, system performance data, and recommendations to stakeholders. - Facilitate coordination with other project disciplines to ensure seamless integration and avoid conflicts during construction. - Address feedback and implement solutions to meet client expectations and project goals. - Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and contractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance team expertise in mechanical system design and construction. At least a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline with 8+ years of experience in mechanical construction or program/project management with at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry. Proven track record of managing large-scale mechanical infrastructure projects. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.
