• Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (5.5 Working days)
• Salary up to $6,000 with AWS and Variable Bonus

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely execution and closeout.
• Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables while aligning with client requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for cost efficiency.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
• Manage procurement processes, including bid evaluations and vendor selection.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and change orders to adhere to financial constraints.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with the project team and stakeholders to address concerns.

The Talent

• Bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of construction project management experience, with a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in reading technical documents like blueprints and schematics.
• Relevant professional certification in project management or construction management, such as PMP or LEED certification.
• Knowledge of risk management and budget management principles.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations, permits, and approval processes.
• Proficiency in using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.
• Experience with contract negotiations and claims management.
• Familiarity with lean construction principles and methodologies.
