Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely execution and closeout.
Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables while aligning with client requirements.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for cost efficiency.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
Manage procurement processes, including bid evaluations and vendor selection.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and change orders to adhere to financial constraints.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and ensure safety compliance.
Maintain clear communication with the project team and stakeholders to address concerns.
The Talent
Bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
3+ years of construction project management experience, with a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in reading technical documents like blueprints and schematics.
Relevant professional certification in project management or construction management, such as PMP or LEED certification.
Knowledge of risk management and budget management principles.
Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
Knowledge of local construction regulations, permits, and approval processes.
Proficiency in using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.
Experience with contract negotiations and claims management.
Familiarity with lean construction principles and methodologies.
