Job Description

• Project Manager (M&E Trade) x 1
• Project Manager (C&S Trade) x 1
• 6 Days Alternate Saturday Off, 8.45am-6pm
• Project Locations at West, Singapore (Jurong / Bukit Batok / Clementi)
• Salary: $6,000 - $7,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of site management in mechanical and electrical trade or civil and structural trade.
• Must have working experience in Additions & Alterations (A&A) works in commercial building upgrading project.
• Fine to commit 6 Workdays Alternate full Saturday.

Job Scopes:

• Planning, coordinating and supervising construction projects and completing them in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers and other professionals to determine the specifications of the project.
• Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.
• Overseeing the selection and purchase of materials and equipment needed for construction.
• Ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations, and communicating with regulators and inspectors throughout projects.
• Navigating and resolving any problems that might arise onsite, whether they relate to construction delays, safety concerns or cost overruns.
• Evaluating and managing risk, and periodically reporting the progress of projects to stakeholders.
