Experience Requirements
Mandatory:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Manager or Project Engineer role delivering AV solutions in construction or A&A (Addition & Alteration) environments.
Proven ability to interpret construction and AV schematic drawings.
Competence in producing AV construction drawings.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Preferred (Optional):
Hands-on experience managing projects on live construction sites.
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) interpretation.
Technical knowledge of AV products and system architecture.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related engineering discipline.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with AV design tools.
Solid understanding of AV technologies, including video distribution, audio processing, conferencing systems, and control platforms.
Familiarity with protocols such as HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, RS-232, and TCP/IP.
Experience with products from leading AV brands (e.g., Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Shure, Cisco).
AVIXA CTS / CTS-I / CTS-D certifications are advantageous.
