Project Planning & Project Management.
Leading team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Liaise with authorities, consultants, and/or sub-contractors engaged on the project.
Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-con and ensure the progress is on schedule.
Identify and resolve issues.
Review and endorse subcontract documents, progress & variation works claims to customers.
Monitor project progress and maintain good records throughout the project life cycle.
Identify and comply with all applicable statutory / regulatory requirements related to project under his/her jurisdiction.
Knowledge of Plumbing/Sanitary Works.
Overall responsible for execution of the projects.
Requirements
Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
Possess a License Plumber/License Gas Service will be an added advantage.
Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proven experience in Project Management (building and civil construction, Plumbing & Sanitary or equivalent).
Strong leadership to the project management and construction team.
Supervise daily site activities.
Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative and being a team player.
