Job Summary:

The General Foreman is a pivotal leadership role on the construction site, acting as the primary link between the field workforce and project management. You will be responsible for directly supervising crews, coordinating daily activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality, and driving project milestones to successful completion. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record of leading by example.

Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals Assign tasks to construction workers Produce employee and project schedules Supervise and train workers Ensure manpower and resources are adequate Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work programme Handle of technical and engineering problems Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time Supervise ongoing site activities closely

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment Familiarity with blueprints Good time-management skills Ability to multi-task Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Experience in Building construction works
