& Requirements

Planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure Analyzing blueprints, maps, and survey reports to plan projects Conducting feasibility studies, including soil testing to determine the suitability of a construction site Preparing and implementing project budgets and timelines Coordinating and supervising the work of contractors and staff Ensuring project compliance with all safety codes and legal requirements Inspecting project sites to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications, safety protocols and state sanitation standards Directing or performing surveys to establish construction boundaries and benchmarks Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects Collaborating with architects, contractors, and construction teams Documenting project details and maintaining project records for future reference Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors Review the work progress on daily basis Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain necessary permits and licenses Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
