Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

Receive complaints and resolve problems

Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
Prepare and submit performance reports

Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as site supervisor or in relevant role for more than 5 years
Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Diploma/Certificate of courses regarding safety management or relevant field
* High school diploma; or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
