About the Role:

We are looking for a committed and experienced

Construction Site Supervisor

to manage and oversee daily site operations. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in

bore piling

,

sheet piling

, and

reverse circulation drilling (RCD)

. Experience in

formwork

and

precasting

will be a strong advantage.


This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, can work independently, and is confident in managing site activities, manpower, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all site activities, including manpower and machinery Manage and monitor piling, drilling, formwork, and precasting works Read and interpret construction drawings, ensuring accurate execution on site Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and timeline Implement and enforce safety practices on site Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams Identify and resolve site issues to avoid delays Maintain proper site records and documentation Lead site teams with strong leadership, discipline, and communication

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical field Minimum 3-5 years of relevant site experience, especially in piling and RCD Experience with

formwork

and

precasting

is an added advantage Strong ability to read and understand engineering and structural drawings Able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to handle pressure in a fast-moving construction environment Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Able to prepare clear and concise progress reports for management Familiar with construction safety and regulatory requirements Possess own transport and willing to work on-site as needed
