Daily reporting on project progress and site conditions to the Project Manager. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials on site. Resolve site issues, delays, or discrepancies effectively. Able to work independently and supervise a team of workmen Willing to work at project sites and handle physical work & hands-on eg erecting scaffolds, formwork construction, fixing reinforcement bars, casting of concrete Ensure smooth progress of site work. Assessing and managing safety hazards, ensuring workers comply fully site safety requirements Attending site management meetings. Help allocate tasks based on the daily work plan Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring it aligns with project specifications and drawings Effectively monitoring cost control & manpower allocation Control and maintain the safety and smooth progress of work. Handle project documentation, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works. Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time. Must be able to work in day or night shift if required. Must be able to work in weekend or public holidays if needed. Possess Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BSCC) certificate. Possess Certificate in Lifting Supervisor. Possess Certificate in Scaffold Supervisor Possess relevant BCA skilled certificate At least 3 years experience in building construction especially in formwork construction, reinforcement bar installation * Able to speak English
